Reporting on Progress Guidelines
At the Brico Fund,
we believe that
evaluation is a process, not an event. While we recognize the importance of
quantifying your work and monitoring your activities and number of people served, Brico
asks that you frame your reporting to us in a systemic change perspective –
focusing on the issue or problem you are addressing. Because we hope our
funding gets at root problems to create systemic change, we want you to share
your learning from a broader perspective. As you write your report, remember to
reflect on the three broad goals you stated in your preliminary application.
The following
guidelines will assist you in framing information for us. If you have
questions about the timing or content of a report, please call us.
Typically, the grant period will start when we receive a signed grant agreement
back from you. Specific reporting
dates will be included in your grant agreement. Reports may be submitted
electronically to
meet deadlines, but hard copies with original signatures must also be mailed to
Brico Fund to complete your reporting requirements.
